I do not know how to track exercises so I just put them all in as aerobics. I will be exercising twice today. Walking at work and then home exercises. I hope everyone is having a great day. I have 3 more glasses of water to drink for today. Im excited.

i thought we were supposed to measure at the beginning of the month and the last day of the month...are we supposed to measure every week cuz i have no problem with that at all.

My goal is to work out every day except Saturday. My diet goal is the same. I feel like I need to have one day to myself. Also my weight loss goal for the month of August is 10 pounds but I would be so much happier if I could lose more.

sometimes when your doing things that build muscle you will not see a change on the scale or you will see a weight gain. do not get discouraged.
