I'm with you. My boyfriend is the worst. Now he could stand to lose 30-40lbs and talks a good game. He SAYS he's going to walk with me. He SAYS he going to eat better with me. Then he skips out on our walks. One time he did a workout DVD with me and then went to Taco Bell!! I go to the grocery store and heaven forbid I…

Unfortunately, I have this too. When I lost about 15lbs in the past, my stomach did go down some. The lower area (below the belly button) seemed to go down more than that above the belly button. Let's lose these bellies for good!!

I like to mix my chocolate protein powder with 4oz milk, 4oz water, and a couple of drops of mint extract. Reminds me of Thin Mints (my favorite Girl Scout cookies). PB is good too. Did that about a week ago and tasted like a Reese's PB cup.

Checking in: Walked 5 miles 70 miles to go. I am walking in the local March for Babies (March of Dimes) on May 5, I just signed up for a 5K walk sponsored by the company I work for on May 6, my sister just asked me to do a Mud Run with her on June 2, AND a 5K run on June 16. This weight has got to come off, right??

I just started MFP on Saturday and would love to join this challenge. Put me down for 75 miles walking/running. At work our "wellness team" has put together a pedometer challenge that begins on the 16th of April. 50,000 steps/week for 6 weeks is the goal. That will certainly help with meeting this challenge too!

As the mom of a preemie, if you're raising money for the cause then it is a win-win situation. March of Dimes gets the money for research and you burn 100s of calories. I will be walking in the March for Babies next month for both reasons.
