A man can be lean and mean at 150 pounds. My husband is a solid 150 and is a very strong and powerful medal-winning (in national events) cyclist/runner. 150 used to be average passenger weight for US boats/airplanes but now they had to bump it up because the average person isn't that lean anymore... * * * * I hope you can…

Your face, your eyes, your smile!! Yes, yes, and YES! Keep it up and good work so far!

WOW!!! I am sure you have touched more people than you even know! Congrats!

The pregnancy and not going near litter box thing only applies to women who actually eat the feces of cats who've been infected from eating infected vermin. Most pregnant women do not crave cat feces, and most house cats don't carry these diseases. Anyway, tired of these April Fools cats posts...but had to correct this one…

My cats both use the toilet, for both #1 and #2s, never miss, it's great. I trained them using CittyKitty www.cittykitty.com No litter tracking through the house, and kids can play in my yard and not worry about stepping in anything.

Please find a new home for the cat. Volunteer at no-kill rescue shelters to get your "cat fix" and help other cats find good homes.

Holy cow! Have to show this one to the husband. :-P Thanks!

My goal is 4 pounds by April 30. 4 Pounds...4 Pounds...

Love it! You are looking great! Here's to reaching your goal! You *are* doing it!

You can always use left over quinoa in bean burgers (or sweet potato burgers) Mash/mix black beans with quinoa, some chopped onion, jalapeno pepper, some bread crumbs/panko, seasonings. Thin patties work best--bake or saute and there you go!

It's a pretty big "pill," but eating a whole head of cauliflower a day or pound of steamed spinach for lunch helps.
-
Wow that's awesome! Agree, you look a lot happier too! Keep it up!

Has anyone else heard of a "Dairy Barbara?" Or is that just a WI thing?
-
Yaaay! Thanks for posting the truth!
-
That's great! I am happy for both of you!

It's the people who are eating dairy ice cream and pizza that are on here 'cause they're fat. :-P Hahaha, suckers.
-
Hey now, it's just what milk drinkers are doing to a cow. Sucking a big, factory farm's teat. But yes, having breast-fed my baby for 18 months, I'd prefer not to have my breast referenced as "teats." Maybe, "human life sustainers."

COCONUT milk ice cream trumps blah cow milk's variety every time. I still enjoy pizza WITHOUT the cheese. MORE VEGGIES and SAUCE and I FEEEL GREEEAAAATTT!!!
-
AMEN, SISTER!!! Loving how clear my skin is, happy my weight is, how GOOD I FEEL being Dairy Free! Milk is for BABIES (and species specific! So if you still want milk, go ask your mama and see if she'll give you any!!!!)
-
Lots of people don't even step on the scale because they are AFRAID. (My mom is one! She's been afraid for 31 years now and that's no way to live!) But you're not living in fear--you've done the hardest part--you've admitted you've got some work to do. So now--GO FOR IT!! Keep logging in here to stay motivated and focused…

Have you tried SOMA bras? www.soma.com After having a baby, and carrying around massive "milk" boobs for a year and a half, and finally wearing normal bras again as I returned to "pre pregnancy" weight and now even less than that--I find their vanishing back bras a Godsend.

BREAD. Rrrrgg. I am fine not having it around at all, but husband isn't...so there is always temptation. Gotta buck up and resist temptation, or have him keep it in his car.
-
You have the right attitude! Keep that with you at all times you will succeed. Just think were you will be March 2014!! I am excited for you and your family! YOU * ARE* DOING IT!!!

My wrists and ankles. No matter what I weigh, they always look so delicate and feminine. :-)

Dr. Atkins is DEAD. Heart Attack. Hmmm...

Eating dark leafy greens (kale, spinach, collards) in large quantities days before your period starts can really help reduce or even eliminate cramps, regardless of what kind of birth control you are using. I am making kale chips today. :-)
