that is an INSANE transformation! you must be so proud, that is such an incredible loss, and you look amazing!

i will be catwoman

when you've got a lot to lose, it all comes off fairly quickly at first if you're doing everything right! i had similar fears when i first started losing, but if you're eating/exercising correctly, then just relish in the quick loss of poundage! :) it will mellow out eventually. congrats on the loss so far, by the way!

this is so funny to me
-
thank you all for the ideas! i will definitely be using some of these!

ooh, portobello burgers is a good idea! thanks!

bump. i know some of you have what i want.. :flowerforyou:

every single time my boyfriend tries and fails to pick me up is a little embarrassing. i always sadly say "sorry, we both need to go to the gym for awhile longer before that can happen." and this one.

Hey, if you lose boob, it will just make them proportional to your new, smaller size. And that's the "worst" case scenario! My boobs have gotten smaller, but it doesn't really bother me because they look like they're the same size in ratio to my slightly-smaller body. It does suck a little bit, but it's totally worth it.

i live in orange county CA in a very beachy area, and it's definitely not very accepted here for anyone to really be overweight. in the summer, everyone walks around in their bathing suits, super tan, super blonde... somehow almost everyone here inexplicably turns blonde eventually. anyway, it's definitely a bit alienating…

coffee, tea, water, anything! as long as you get over the slump, you'll stop thinking about it and caring entirely. trust me, i've been obsessed with it for the majority of my lifetime, sometimes i would drink 5 of them a day and not even bat an eyelash. now we still have a bunch of it in the house, and i just don't even…

cutest thing i've read all day!

this hasn't really helped the source of the problem for me, but it makes the repercussions of binging suck a little less. i still binge every so often, and i still feel out of control, and it still sucks, but at least it's hummus and wasa crackers and veggies that i'm stuffing my face with...

my face, my feet, and my shoulder/upper chest area. can't wait til the tummy follows...

planks are so beneficial for so many things. i'm still overweight, but doing them every day has significantly strengthened my core. i have better posture, my lower-back pain has diminished, and i know when i shed off the rest of my fat, i'll have nice abs waiting for me! i love alternating between 30 second planks…

big thick hipster glasses without lenses. especially the fluorescent ones...

They're totally off, but I still log my exercise simply to keep track of how much I've been exercising. That's why I don't trust eating back my exercise calories :/
-
i think it's so much fun! except for when i'm really hungry, in which case i won't make something that involves a lot of food prep... it's mostly the cleanup that gets me.

i did find myself dreamily lusting over expensive bathing suits online last night. this summer might not be the one i'm super excited for, but NEXT summer... oh baby.
-
hell yes to this. i'm generally a very modest person, but i will for sure be posing in some undies when i've hit my GW. no apologies!
-
that is so amazing, i love how your shirt got so loose on you!! so inspirational.
-
oh my god. yes. this one.

I wanna say something. I'm gonna put it out there; if you like it, you can take it, if you don't, send it right back. I want to be on you. Wait. Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. I... I wanna be on you.

i use silk's original almond milk for 65 calories a cup. i prefer it to skim milk because it's less calories, but much creamier and more flavorful. skim milk, to me, has always tasted like white water. i've never tried rice milk, though.. (but i have tried soy milk... never again.)

the best few sentences i have read all day

girl! you look so good! and rightfully proud :)

"When did you get hot?" b*tch, since the womb.
-
wow! you look so much more toned... that's amazing. nice butt too

OP, i know what you mean! After riding horses for 8 years, my thighs and butt got ridiculously muscular and huge. It's been a few years since I stopped, and I'm wistful over the pure muscle my legs once were. no matter what i do at the gym, nothing really compares to what horsing did for me!
