open up that diary, girl! there are so many health gurus here who will tell you if there's anything wrong with your diet.

i am in total awe. 304 pounds lost?! that statement on its own is incredible. you look so fit and healthy now! that is just so amazing
-
oooh that sounds way more convenient and less easy for me to screw up somehow! thanks for the info :D

that's an incredible transformation for such a short amount of time! you must be working your *kitten* off. it shows!

:flowerforyou:  even to you, shamulesbo.. haha

me too! i eat one apple and i'm already halfway there - the cap makes me afraid to even eat fruit! :(

no, i get you! and i certainly haven't been exempt from such situations - i couldn't visit my uncle for the few months before he passed away because he was quarantined: your aversion and concern is understood. but in the grand scheme of things, i cannot realistically hole myself up in my room everytime my throat gets sore…

i'm not sneezing or coughing at all--that's the thing! just a sore throat. there's nothing more disgusting than being right next to someone with snot coming out of nearly every orifice. of course! i get annoyed when people who seem totally healthy walk off without cleaning equipment they've been on for awhile. i am sorry.…

fair enough - it's just that this isn't the kind of sick that would come close to justifying missing school or work, nor is it the kind of sick anyone would notice at all unless i started up a long winded conversation. but i am no doctor and have no idea about anything, so i suppose going on a walk or jog or something…

don't worry you guys, i'm not that selfish! i wouldn't go if i was hacking or spreading illness to fellow gym-goers to give them the same dilemma i have. if i did go, i would cardio it up on one machine and sanitize it afterward like i generally do even when i'm devoid of annoying throat-rasp. i guess i should have worded…

wow!!!

that is phenomenal! and i totally agree - you look so much younger! what an inspirational journey. that is totally amazing.

10 pounds in 14 weeks is totally healthy and good! trust me, in the long run, you'll be happy that you lost weight the slow and sure way. less loose skin, and you become better accustomed to the healthy lifestyle and it becomes less likely for you to gain it all back. plus, the scale can be really discouraging, but it…

Where's the snarky and high-horse response to my post? I feel so ignored...

awesome progress!!

It doesn't bother me unless it's used in justification or denial for an unhealthy weight. I stand by my opinion that I have a "curvy" shaped body, but I also stand by the fact that I am overweight. One doesn't cancel out the other. That said, I've seen a few threads like this in the short time I've been on this website,…

-almond milk! for no reason, it really grossed me out in theory to have any sort of milk substitute, but now i love it so. creamy, delicious milk for 2/3 the calories of white-water skim milk? i will take it! -eggs. i never didn't like eggs, but i never really liked them either. now it's very strange if a day passes and i…

all the stupid, misused words of this generation! "awkward" applied to every situation, "legit" used in response to anything, "epic" used on trivial happenings... it reminds me of something Louis C.K. said: "Anyway, I was listening to the two guys. And one of them used a word that really pissed me off. Because, it was how…

pretty-picture-artistic one: lizzynewm.tumblr.com personal-ranty-weight loss one: wrinklywrink.tumblr.com yes, i feel entitled to two whole blogs about myself

i've never found a good one! i recommend getting whey powder and mixing it in with skim/almond milk or into smoothies. so much more delicious, and you can actually see what you're putting in it. or bake/make your own protein bars to fit your non-sock tasting needs! there are so many recipes on the internets...

i said goodbye to diet coke, white bread, white rice, pasta, red meat, and stopped using butter, sugar, and flour completely. unfortunately i live with my parents, and so i only mentally tossed these things, but they are still tangibly in the kitchen and looking delicious each time i go in there... will power, have mercy…
