1 lb of strawberries, maybe 5-6 bananas, then a HUGE raw salad.

Mimi Kirk's book "live raw" is a great one. Most of her meals aren't so elaborate as you see in typical gourmet raw dishes.

I think rolled oats and peanut butter are a great travel combination. You don't even have to cook the rolled oats, just soak them in water for a bit. https://www.icallthisliving.com

Have you considered raw foods? http://www.icallthisliving.com

Ha ha, Well I can understand how this might become sort of an addiction. Weighing yourself daily is a waste of time. Your body's water content and stored (undigested) food is going to make your weight fluctuate here and there on a regular basis. One of the purposes of weighing in every week/ two weeks/ month is to get a…

I know a few studies that have been around for thousands of years. Rural Asia. Rural India. Rural China The only people that every got heart disease, diabetes, cancers were the kings and emperors who practiced affluence. Really, how much proof do you need? I have come to realize that people will say anything to attempt to…

Cycling for the win!
-
When I first started working out hard, and when i started endurance cycling I would burn 1600 calories and go eat it back in literally 1-2 hours worth of time. I notice my body started to adapt more and more to my training over time. Intaking more carbs (fruits if soon before workout, oatmeal/brown rice if 1-2 hours…

I use raw organic unsweetened cocao nibs imported from Columbia. (Amazon.com) They are good for shakes, salads, protein bars, etc. A lot of people can't handle the taste of raw unprocessed cocao, I can eat it by the handful, ha ha.

It is called "disease of affluence", and America has it bad! Meditate for 20 minutes, twice a day. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, eat plenty of organic fruits and vegetables, spend more time in nature, less indoors, stop worrying about things you can't control. Ditch your TV...

Hey guys, I'm here if you have any question about eating live! feel free to add me, and good luck!

I'm using plantfusion currently. Minimal chalky texture, pretty strong after-taste of stevia, but overall not too bad. It is affordable and has 21g protein per serving, which is fantastic in the world of plant-based powders!

^---Good advice. Agreed, Maybe fill us in on how you feel overall as far as your energy, any bloating or digestive discomfort after eating? As far as your diet, It doesn't look bad at all, overall. The only advice I can give is don't focus on items that are "low fat" "Fat free" "healthy choice" "calorie friendly" etc. This…

Never be hard on yourself for cheating or eating something you know you shouldn't every now and then. Restricting your diet away from something you have grown accustomed to your whole life is not an easy task and it demands a positive attitude and patience. That being said, You should try your best to eliminate cheat days…

Generally, I plan and log everything I'm going to eat for the day at the beginning of my day during calorie deficient cycles. I do not eat out (restaurants# and I prepare all of my own food so it makes this approach efficient and ideal for me. This approach may not be the best route for everyone. The biggest problem people…

I think you are putting to much emphasis on water. The best thing for you is water and water alone. If you consume tea, coffee then just worry about calories and other nutrients and keep drinking your water. If you drink 14 cups instead of 12 cups of water, Great! Being well hydrated is the goal anyways. I personally…

Lol, I didn't bring it up, you did. I simply listed some nutritional references at the bottom of my page. Anyways, I don't want to go back in forth with you all day. I agree that you can lose weight on a calorie restricted diet of anything. The picture was just used to demonstrate that people do live and thrive off of very…

Also, It seems good to point out that Mint, as well as spicy food are appetite suppressants. Good luck!
