Roasted veggies... I love them all and they're super easy! I also really like cauliflower rice.

It's hard not knowing what your budget is or your likes/dislikes (other than tuna), but some of my favorites from Walmart are frozen tilapia and shrimp, and ground turkey for meat. We use canned and frozen veggies which are pretty inexpensive, but I do try to get fresh when I can. I also love oatmeal for breakfast which is…

I was at my goal weight but basically took the last 2 months off and gained quite a bit so now I'm back on track and ready to get back to my goal weight. I love to encourage others and could use encouragement myself so any of you are welcome to add me as a friend and we can do this together! :)

I had planned on running 3 miles yesterday, but only made it 2. Just flat out could not breathe. :( But 2 bad miles is still better than no miles at all, so I will take it. 29/45 completed

Still working my way back into running and improving all the time. Went 3 miles today and made the first 2 miles with no walking! I know that may not seem like a lot to some of you but it was an accomplishment for me! :) 27/45 completed

I'm 41 and only started running about 3.5 years ago. I did my first half marathon last April at the age of 40. And I'm here to tell you, if I can do it ANYONE can! :)

I drink a protein nearly every morning. I go to work really early so I like that it's quick, easy, tastes good, and helps me get in all my protein for the day. Everyone has their personal preference but I always get the chocolate Pure Protein powder. It's $18 at Walmart and if I remember right you get like 21 or 22…

I have no idea about the weight loss properties but I love green tea. My newest favorite is Tazo Zen green tea but also like Lipton's honey lemon green tea. Also love peppermint tea... I just throw a tea bag in the bottom of a water bottle and add ice and water. It's my favorite thing to drink at the gym... very refreshing.

Oh... and iced tea is another good replacement on occasion especially if you do decaf.

I used to have at least 4 cans of pop per day. I finally decided that pop was doing absolutely nothing for my body and that it wasn't worth it. I gave up pop cold turkey nearly 2 years ago and haven't had any since. I also know that pop is an addiction for me and that it's not possible for me to just have one once in…

I've dealt with the same thing. I would either run 3 days a week and lift 3 days a week with 1 rest day OR if you need to run 4 days a week, then go ahead and lift 3 days with one being in conjunction with one of your shorter run days but still take a day of rest. Your body needs recovery time. Good luck with your HM!! :)
