I have to add to my earlier suggestions; Terriers Pushing Daisies Both ended too soon :( Also, I will agree with the people who suggested Eureka and Justified

Would just a regular spray bottle work? In my local grocery/all purpose store, they had spray bottles in three different locations.

You should get a reusable ice pack, that way, you can keep the food colder. Make your own wraps. Get the low cal wraps, grilled veggies, a little bit of pesto, a little bit of feta. I'm out of ideas, sorry. I mainly just wanted to bump this so you would get more responses.

My grandparents visited Antarctica in their late 70's, possibly early 80's. You have to commit to something like a two week stay to go to Antarctica. They routinely went to places like Whales and the Galopagus (Sp?) Islands into their eighties. So, I agree, it is not too much to hope for.

My cousin opened an online clothing store, and she has the best green dress. I want it sooo bad. I told her she better still have one when I am able to wear it! I may end up having to actually buy it, then using it as extra motivation to reach my goals!

I was having a hard time concentrating, and was unenergetic. I upped my daily calories by 100. It hasn't affected my weightlose, and I feel better. I think MFP has underestimated what you burn in a day. Also, in the beginning, I lost a lot of weight in the first couple of weeks, but it was mostly water weight. That could…

The weight loss is probably from the "evacuation." It happened to me a few weeks ago. I lost 2.5 pounds in 2 hours (yes I weighed myself before and after.) Throughout the course of being sick, I lost 4.5 pounds. I did expect that it would come back, since I was very dehydrated. For my next three weigh ins, the weight…

I don't know if anyone else experiences this, but, don't eat too much before you go either. When I feel really full while shopping, nothing looks good to me. Then I get home, and wonder why I didn't buy enough food for the week. My recommendation for a healthy snack is hummus with veggies. Broccoli, carrots, peppers all go…

The reason your carb goal changes from day to day is that you exercise. When you burn calories exercising, MFP adds it back into your calorie goal, which, in turn, ups your carb, protein, and fat goal.

I just checked the website, and the equation it gives for calories burned per minute is the following: Women: C/min = (-20.4022 + 0.4472 x HR - 0.1263 x weight + 0.074 x age) / 4.184 This states that the heavier a woman is, the less she burns per minute, and there is actually a weight where a woman can gain calories by…

In high school, the school newspaper was selling candy cane grams, which is a Christmas card with a candy cane attached. My ex-boyfriend sent me a card that said: To: Kelly W From: Tom Terminated I should add that I do not spell my name with a "y" so it went to the other Kelly W. She brought it to me, and said "Kelli, I…

I like your approach.

"Here's how you run a marathon. Step 1: You start running. There is no step 2." - Barney Stinson Seriously though, I think its awesome that you set a big goal for yourself. There were many things I wanted to do before I turned thirty, and didn't manage any of them. So, I hope your training goes well, and you kick this…

This. If you look at just the blueberries that you ate, the calories vs carb/prot are off.

I never said that you were of the opinion that it was the healthiest, I said you said it was CALLED the healthiest.

Either one is quite possible as I am 4 vodkas in. However, please tell me what part of my argument you took issue with. I would like to look it over and see if I stand by my argument.

If we can't agree on the math, at least we can agree on the liquor! Cheers!

Ok, first, you said in original post that breakfast is the "most important" meal, now you are saying it is called the "healthiest." Which one is it? They don't mean the same thing. Second, you say that 2/3 population are obese, and 44 percent eat breakfast. So that is 66% for obese and 44% for breakfast, guaranteeing ONLY…

Where were you when I threw out my harboiled eggs because I let them sit in the pan of water over night!?!?!?

My husband and his friend were leaving a pizza place, and a homeless guy asks them if they have any money he can have to buy some food. They say they don't have any money, but my husband's friend offers his left over pizza. The homeless guy asks "What kind is it?" Really?

It's not a dumb question, I just wanted to make sure I was understanding correctly. But, like I said earlier, I do think it's right.
