I would say, check to make sure you recorded your initial weight correctly. That's all I can think of.

I worked at Friday's for many years, until just a few months ago, so my info should be accurate. They have an "under 750 calories" menu. Ask your server for details on what is under 750. Any entree that offers you a choice of two side, get the slaw and broccoli. If you get the petite sirloin, get it without maison butter,…

Congratulations on all of you success, both losing weight, and having 3 wonderful children, with one on the way!

With most fountain pop, the syrup comes to the store/restaurant, and a CO2 tank carbonates the water, and it mixes together as you get the pop from the fountain. I'm pretty sure sparkling water is just the carbonated water. So, sparkling water doesn't have the calories and other additives from the syrup.

I try not to go above maintenance, but if its a birthday or something, I will eat cake and pizza and not worry about calories. Most "cheat" days though, I am able to eat what I want without going over…

You made me smile.

When you say that "Coorelation means not everyone is affected this way, just more then half," it seems like you are saying that drinking pop causes hunger in more than half of people. This is not what correlation means. Correlation does not equal causation. Correlation means that two things tend to happen together. It does…

I had a friend who wouldn't eat anything that was white. Like milk, if she made it into chocolate milk, it was fine. But she would not drink white milk.

When I was a kid, I was terrified that there were people looking in my windows at night intent on killing me. I would lay there perfectly still and breathe as little as possible so that when they looked, they would think I was already dead. Also, whenever a large ship or large wave is shown in a movie, I get scared. Small…

find any mexican restaurant with shrimp cocktail. All of the shrimp cocktail I have ever had at a Mexican restaurant was how you described it, so the nutrition should be pretty comparable

Not only does she compare them, but she finds the castrated bull to be the worse offense.

Wouldn't it be more accurate to say that we adapt to NOT eating meat. Also, question for the vegetarians. Are you vegetarian for health reasons or because of moral ones? If you lived on a farm and knew your cows and such are being treated right and fed right and all that jazz, could you eat those animals?

I agree.
