Your right, except the article did say synthetic trans fat, which would suggest a partially hydrogenated oil. No?

That is awesome work! I really like how you logged your weight! I think that is important for people to see. It gives them a realistic idea of how long it can take or how short is can take with similar parameters. Great work! Keep it up!

Now that is hardcore. I don't think I could do that! LOL

That reminds me Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines has a very nice Cigar Lounge on their bigger ships! I have enjoyed a few cigars in them.

I use 4 tbsp of Half and Half and 2 tsp of Stevia extract for my 16 oz of coffee. Sometimes I make bulletproof coffee by adding 1 tbsp of unsalted butter to it.

My first thought was he was joking, referring to the South Park episode of Gingers have no soul. I love natural gingers! :drinker:

Unfortunately, that works about as well as telling a cocaine addict to have control. That is why for many, it is best to go cold turkey from the sugar.

Sugar activates the same region of the brain that cocaine does, it is no wonder that it is hard to resist. If you cut out all sugar, it will take about 3 weeks for the intense cravings to fade.

I might get one out of the humidor this weekend and sip some Jim Beam with it. I hope it won't be too hot outside.

Dude, well said, that was perfect! I am married, but before meeting my wife I had a laundry list of things that were must haves. My wife met nearly all of them. ;) One of those items on the list, is she had to have kids (preferably living with her or a reasonable explanation as to why they were not) as I have a child and…

She's probably an ex...

An 8 oz beef steak will probably cover it. LOL

Eat your egg yolks. A couple of hard boiled eggs would get you closer, but you. Basically at this point, you are in need of a protein supplement. The egg yolk earlier would have helped you out. Also 1 cup 10% milk fat Greek yogurt really kicks up the fat and protein but you will get some carbs too.

Great job! Awesome!

Why stop? if you have to check it every day, then it is your prerogative.

Well then he should know how you are. ;) If 10 years, then it may be safe to say, he doesn't have a problem with it.

My wonderful wife makes them around the holidays. I didn't like coconut before I met her! Of course they are now not on our primal menu. :(

^^^^^ He speaks with wisdom! Some guys are cool with it and some are not. You two need to get that out in the open and clear the air.

Is that the one with chocolate chips, coconut, and graham cracker crust? LOL

Too perverted and taboo to tell. Then they wouldn't be secrets. ;) Only my lovely wife knows! :D

That is why I would say body weight only (at least initially) for full squats to slowly build the strength in the knees. For me, body weight squats are plenty of weight.
-
I agree. Full range of motion. Why only do partial range. If you have good form, you aren't gonna blow your knees. In fact it is good for you knees to actually go through the full range of their motion or as you age you knee flexibility will be eventually be limited. You should take all joints through their full range of…

LOL I think you are right! :D

You make a good point, sustainability is vital. I find that my non-grain whole foods/meats diet is quite sustainable and because I eat plenty of veggies, meats, and fat, my diet is naturally lower carb than many. :)

Type I diabetics cannot do Ketosis, it is very dangerous. I believe it has to do with the Ketones (sugar) building up and having no insulin response causes an overload of ketones which is very dangerous. Ketosis shouldn't be a problem for a person who has a healthy insulin response. If the system is broken, then yeah,…

eat more. simple. I think your overall calories are probably too low. You may have to increase the calorie goal but make the adjustments to the fat and/or protein. Although, even at my 75g goal, I am in a moderate level of keytones using the urine test sticks. So you are probably gonna have to play around with your goals…

No, fat will make you feel satisfied faster and longer. Eating fat and protein will make one feel satisfied far longer. Fat has a higher caloric value and takes longer to burn off. I am sure there is another reason to her starving all the time.
