I also have the 10 lb reward system hehe. I think I'm going to change it to every 5 lb rewards, once I hit the 30 lb. I started at 206 and now I'm 179 lb, so 3 more pounds. I'm 1 pound away to get to my half way, so that is for sure a reward too: -10 lb: the urban decay naked2 palette. -20 lb: new working out shoes -30 lb:…

Current weight: 181 lb Next goal: 179 lb. I really want to get down the 180's.

I have a sweet tooth too. I have fruit, or brush my teeth including floss and mouthwash. If I'm still craving I have a sweet, but usually you can distract yourself doing other things, like polish your nails or do a puzzle or something. I think the key is to distract your mind from the craving. I also can't have only one…

My husband is about 1 inch shorter than me, and I'm not even that tall (I'm 5'8"). He doesn't care and he likes when I wear heels. We've been together since 1998 :)

I hated level 2, because I was just starting and I had a terrible condition and I couldn't hold a plank for 2 seconds straight. Now, I want to give it a try, at least I can do side planks now :) LVL 3 is easier.

I'm mexican, and when I go to restaurants I order Caldo Tlalpeño: it has chicken, vegetables, about a 1/3 cup of rice, avocado in cubes and (optional) chipotle pepper. Is not super high in calories, so it won't make your calorie budget go very high, it's a good cheat soup because is very nutritious.…

I did the upper and lower body, some days I would do a different DVD and if I were too tired or in a hurry I would skip the upper body, but never the lower body. I like doing both (upper and lower) plus is only 20-30 min long, so it can be done very quick :)

I had a friend who is skinny fat, and at restaurants she would order anything on the menu and as soon as she get it, she would cut everything in half, including dessert. I've never tried this, it's not my thing. Oh, and when I say "order anything" I mean anything she was in the mood for: from salmon + veggies to mexican…

Same here :) I haven't been here a lot because I'm moving around (4 cities and 2 countries on less than 2 years, oh! and I lived in the same city twice), but I like to read, get support, information, and I plan in staying here as long as I can. I don't log my food anymore, I got a plan with a nutritionist and it works…

I'm going to skip this week's weigh-in, I got my period yesterday and I'm super bloated. I'm focusing on my diet and exercise, I don't even want to step on the scale. But I'll be here for week 9 :)
