last thing you want to do is injure it worse than it already is...maybe try some lower body workouts for a couple days and see how it heals up...ice it/ then use a heating pad and do that back and forth. also taking ibuprofen. see how it is...if its still the same or worse go see someone. pushing through the pain might…

i also cant afford a gym and have been doing her dvds for over a year now. i live in an apt but thankfully i live on the bottom floor. thats really the only thing i can think of is seeing if you could move down. yoga would be low impact but also lower cal burn so im not sure. i wish you the best of luck! im so thankful…

any exercise after no exercise it very tough. 30DS was the first workout i tried at 260lbs. it was so hard. i took many breaks, and littered the floor with sweat. but i can tell you from experience keeping at it is the best thing...you will slowly build up your stamina and endurance and before you know it you will be…

i started off around 1900 cals a day on average...that is with always eating at least a bit of my exercise calories back. i am now at 1280 + eating most of my exercise cals. :)

no special diet really. i just watch what i eat, and keep track of my calories. i don't eat fast food or drink pop anymore. those were two things i found i could live without and i don't miss them at all!

i have lost nearly all of my weight (70lbs -in a little less than a years time) by just doing Jillian Michaels workout videos and tracking my food. i have not once gone to a gym. i have recently purchased a treadmill but that has only accounted for about 10lbs of my weight loss. it is very possible to do it at home :) i…

Well I was a 42G when I first started. So I feel you when you say can't find many bras. I have lost a total of a little over 70lbs. I am now a 40DDD I would like to get down to at least a 38DD and I'm sure I will because I still have about 30lbs to lose. As for them sagging I have actually found it to be the opposite. I…

if he can say that your weight is the one thing that is keeping him from spending the rest of his life with you, then the fact that he thinks that, is the one reason you should not spend your life with him. this is my opinion of course...but i believe everyone deserves someone who loves them for them...
