we all have times like that...i did the same thing this month...i went from 204 down to 201 in two weeks and then back up because i went out with some friends and drank a bit. it got my body out of wack and i had to lose the 3lbs all over again...but im happy to say today i got to an even 200.0...maybe onederland soon!?…

jillian michaels dvds mostly. i try to do some kind of vigorous exercise every day :)

jillian michaels 30 Day Shred is what helped me the most. i did level one for a few days then did level 2 the rest of the time. i found i got the best work out from level 2. lots of plank stuff :)

i want to go to cedar point after i lose at least some of my weight too! i live close and have gone many times but the last time a went there were a couple rides i couldn't ride so i really wana go back and get on those rides :D
