i've had a tough time this week..could not find one ounce of motivation to work out!! i've been trying my hardest to keep a light diet and stay aware of what im eating. i was able to give up my fiber one brownie i have every afternoon at work lol. not expecting a loss this week. i hope i find my way back to the gym…
