I gained 0.4lbs so my current weight is 169.6...oh well..I didn't have the best food choices and I feel like eating everything right now...I am happy I didn't gain anymore!

Tara-Thanks! I hit 169 two weeks ago, but I gained a pound last week. I actually was down to 165 in March but gained 10 pounds after I sprained my ankle. So glad I've gotten more than half of the weight off. Laura

I am having that same issue with my HRM. I have called the people to try and get it calibrated correctly and they are no help. I do Zumba and my HRM tells me I only burn 300 calories. However, if you saw me in there, you would think I burned AT LEAST 500, but I bet more. All HRM's are different and some are not as…

Do you have enough support in your shoes?! I know that has helped me a lot. I am a dental assistant so I am on my feet all day pretty much. I wear Skechers Shape-ups while at work and I swear they have helped so much! I know it isn't stretching tips, but I thought this might help too!

Weighing in aat 169.2 so I lost that pound from last week and an additional .4lbs..woo hoo! It's awsome to see everyone's loss this week..way to go girls!

Renee- It is amazing to see how many people are drinking more water than when they started! I again strive for a gallon a day. A gallon is 15.5 8 ounce cups, so if I get 16, I am doing well for the day. I admit it is hard, especially on the weekends. You did so well too. 92 glasses isn't exactly dehydrating yourself =)…
