I did it in January so I'm definitely down to do it for February too! Let's keep it going! Are we going to do a lose 10lbs by St. Patrick's Day too!? I'd be in for that as well!

:happy: It's official....I got my 24 hours in as of today! With one day to spare, and I will workout tomorrow too! Good job to everyone else who has made it...keep it up! :wink:

I technically only have 25 minutes left but i'm going to say an hour so i'll say i've done 23 hours! I can taste victory...

I too do it once a week but on Friday mornings.

I have tried it but i don't know if it really helped. I lost a few pounds but i was also working out 6 days a week burning like 600 calories each time or more.

I eat them all the time for lunch while I'm at work! I love them and I really love the Healthy Choice cafe steamers!

I Didn't workout today but i was looking at my calendar and i was off by an hour. I have actually worked our 18 hours!

When I got my ring nearly 8 years ago, it was a size 7 but I had to have it resized to a 6.5. Last year, I had it resized again to a 5.5! I know it's Winter time, but it even feels slightly too big for me now...I'm pretty stoked about that!

Okay, did an hour last night and an hour today so I'm at 11 hours so far!

Okay, I haven't checked in since last week, but I have been working out. I'm at a total of 9 hours for the month. I think that's pretty darn good for only being the 12th!

Went to Crystal Mt. Today to snowboard and did about 3 1/2 hours so I'm at 6 1/2 hours for the year! Woo hoo!
