I'm 5'0" and 166 in a size 14 (barely-just got out of size 16). My wrist isn't quite 6 inches but I already know I am large framed!

I workout everyday for at least 20 minutes at 4am Mon-Thur (Fri a little later in the day). On Wed/Thur I do at least another hour and on Sat/Sun I do about an hour and a half-2 hours.

I am 5'0" and I weigh the same as you. I personally make my minimum goal at 1400 calories. I workout everyday so 1200 is definitely not enough for me. Good luck on your journey and feel free to add me if you'd like. Support is always motivating! Laura

Goodluck and feel free to add me. I have lost a total of 27lbs and 10 on MFP. I was doing really well at the beginning of the year and then sprained my ankle but now getting back on track!

Eating less than 1200 calories is detrimental to your weight loss. Your body will start burning muscle and not fat so don't cut the fat out. It might just be that you had surgery and you aren't allowed to workout as hard as you could. I wouldn't be too concerned being that is has only been 11 days since you lost either.…
