I'm 43. When I had my 20 pound weight loss last summer, I too lost a lot of hair. Other members suggested biotin supplements. I've been taking them and my hair is growing back. Give it a shot!

They sell a "fanny pack" type holster that you wear in the front. You can adjust the size so it's nice and snug around your waist.

How about a veggie omlet? I use mushrooms, onions, tomato, spinach....whatever I have on hand. If you can do goat cheese and fresh basil it really turns it into a gourmet meal!

I think stretching is important for your health and fitness but probably doesn't burn many calories. I would log it as exercise and maybe assign 10 calories. That way you're tracking and giving yourself credit for the effort!

I did WW in the past and did lose weight, but didn't keep it off as I went back to my naught ways!. I really like MFP better and have honestly ate better here. It's a more supportive group and calories vs points is easier and kept me healthier in my food choices. Good luck whatever you do!

I don't have the answer but wanted you to know someone is here! I eat greek yogurt with granola nearly every day and was wondering what I could put in place of that. I do like oatmeal when it's cold but it's not nearly as easy......
