Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla! I eat my greens and other stuff too, but a glass of the almond milk each day helps me make sure I get enough calcium. It's only 40 calories a cup!

I do think excess weight ages you.....not just on the inside but on the outside. Plus, when you're feeling better about yourself you naturally smile more and a smile always makes us look younger! Keep up the great work!

Just keep running! Run, walk, run, walk....eventually your runs get longer and your walks get shorter. It gets easier and you will feel so strong!

I just chop it up and saute in a little olive oil and minced garlic. Salt and pepper to taste. Yummmm!

I have some defrosting for dinner tomorrow night. My plan is pork picatta - lightly bread crumb and brown in a splash of olive oil. I've been using the Blue Diamond vanilla unsweetened on my cereal, oatmeal and just for drinking. I like it very much! Also tried the Silk Almond unsweetened and it was ok too.

Yes!!! I walk with incline - 3.8-4.0 mph 3-5% incline. Lost 15 pounds in the past few months and my legs and butt are looking pretty good!

I am so lucky I did not lose power. I went out on Sunday and every traffic signal around me was dark, but people were actually stopping and being cooperative.
