Hey, I'm Shannon. Let's be friends. :) I'm on MFP wayyyy too much.

@mud7urtle: #12, for sure.
-
#13; great smile!
-
Yes! Forgot to mention that the lingerie has gotten an upgrade, too.

9. Cute pic!

Definitely add me! I'm pretty active/supportive on MFP, and my diary is open to friends. I'm Shannon, 30, run 15-20 miles a week at between 9:00 and 9:30 min/mile and workout 5-6 times a week. I'd love to give receive some support and advice; I have several 5Ks scheduled and could use the assist. :)

Walden Farms Pancake Syrup. Their other "calorie free" offerings are iffy (to me) at best, but this is pretty close in flavor and consistency. For very few calories, I am willing to give it a whirl.

@laynerich15 #11. Looking good, my friend. ;)

Whoops! Updated. #2. Love the suit.

....And I have complete confidence in that remark. ;)

#3. Pretty smile! :)

My wardrobe has definitely changed, and for the better! I tend to lean toward a modern 1950's style...if that makes sense...cigarette/slim leg pants, flirty skirts, TONS of heels. I also wear dresses all the damn time. I still find myself grabbing larger sizes and having to put them back in favor of something that…

Just start. Start slow and healthy habits layer by layer. Be consistent. Be persistent. Put yourself first, even when it feels unnatural to do so. When you are your best self, you are able to better serve others. Stay positive. Rejoice in the little victories. Eat the damn cupcake/peanut butter/ice cream if you want it.…

Hey all! I'm Shannon, and I've been on here forever. I'm a runner and daily logger with an open (to friends) diary, and would love to swap advice, ideas, and battle stories with any of you fabulous people. Feel free to add me!

On the market. :)

Always looking for new running friends; feel free to add me! I have been running for about a year. My pace is a solid 9:30 m/mile, and I average about 20 miles a week, running at least 5 of my 6 workout days. I run for the love of running, but am also committed to one 5K/month through October, and training to complete a…

Full-time sales rep, student, photographer (things, not people).

Honestly, most of the time, I'm completely oblivious. Which is a shame, because I like to think I'm pretty approachable, and I love to chat up new people. =)

My nickname, courtesy of my father, and the year I joined MFP.

Academia, mostly. My curiosity about life, art, spirituality, etc., is boundless, and I have been know to exhaustively research random subjects that strike me. I love statistics and have gone out of my way to take advanced stats classes outside of my coursework. Other nerdy pursuits include reading anything I can get my…

The Book of Lost Things by John Connolly. Amazing, amazing, amazing. Also, slightly creepy. Highly recommend!
-
For sure!

Pure Protein and Think Thin are both great and affordable options. Walmart just started carrying a line called Life Choice (in the cereal section). 190-210 calories, 20g protein, $3.88 for 5 bars. Can't beat that with a stick. :) They're pretty decent.

Definitely send me an FR! I've been running for about a year. My average 5K time is 30 minutes. I'm currently training for a 10K and using the Adidas MiCoach app (which is awesome) to track my progress. I'd love more running buddies. :)

During the workday, it's whatever K-cup I have on hand, fat free half-and-half, and Splenda or Equal. When I'm out, hot, dark, and sweet. Mmmmm...coffee.
-
Turkey Hill Chocolate Peanut Butter. Thick swirls of PB goodness. OMG. Locally, Sunset Creamery Coffee Oreo and Raspberry Chocolate Chip.
-
Red Velvet Pop Tarts and Birthday Cake Oreos. So exciting in theory, so disappointing IRL. I had to try them for myself, though! No regrets; next time I will reach for the Cadbury Dark Mini Eggs. Mmmmmm.

Welcome! FR sent. :smile:

@Darkon, sure! @V0lver, thank God, one less for me to decline. :laugh:
