  • Feel free to add me, I log in every day, mostly on my phone:wink: I eat 1800 calories a day and loosing slowly but surely:happy:
  • I don't know about this calculator, I'm 5'1" and my wrist is 6" so it put me at a large frame with a goal between 125-140. I'm currently at 138 and carry most of my fat in my middle so my goal is at least 127, I know still within this range but I've always considered myself medium framed, I saw on another website a simpler…
  • I'm 5'1" and lost 2 pounds in May, the weight is coming off more slowly now that I'm getting closer to my goal weight. Right now my goal is to get down to 127 (currently 138). This month I'd like to start jogging and hopefully loose more than last month:) I lost a total of 72 pounds since Jan. 2011.
  • Bumping this for later:smile:
  • you should set your diary to public so we can take a look to see if we can help you:) how many calories a day are you eating? what is your sodium intake? so many things could be causing the gain, you could be building muscle or you could be retaining water weight.
  • definately gonna try these, thanks for sharing:smile:
  • Bump for later:smile:
  • I put a whole scoop of vanilla protien powder in it but I think that was too much, next time I'll do half a scoop. I also used 1 TBS. ground flaxseed instead of chia seeds. It was really thick so I ate mine with an additional 8 ounces of almond milk. Can't wait to try again!
  • I have NetFlix and there are several on there for instant streaming, do you own a Wii or Playstation 3? I have a bunch of instant videos in my Queue that I can watch anytime, I really like the 10 minute solution, target toning with Cindy Whitmarsh. It's broken down into 5 ten minute workouts, do one or do them all! I have…
  • I would think the HRM is more accurate, I have one and I check my HR regularly throughout my workout, an exercise machine doesn't know how hard your working out, just the time you spend on on it. I notice the harder I work out (the higher and longer I keep my HR up) the more calories I burn. My calorie burn can differ day…
  • yes you do weigh less in the morning, everyone's weight fluctuates throughout the day by about 2 pounds, for consistency you should only weigh once a week and at the same time of the day:) congrats on your weight loss:)
  • I take 1 cup greek yogurt and layer it with sliced strawberries and raspberries, very filling for a dessert or a mid afternoon snack:) I use 2%
  • I've tried this twice and both times the cake came out really dry and it crumbled when I cut it, am I doing something wrong? I didn't add the egg white though, I got this recipe from the Hungry Girl show and she just used a can of diet soda and cake mix.
  • I'm 5'1" and currently 143.5 with a goal weight of 130 (that's the high end of my ideal weight is supposed to be according to MFP). At my heaviest I was 210! That was Jan. 2011. Depending on how I look at 130 I may try to loose another 5-10 pounds. I'm pretty new here so feel free to add me as a friend, the more the…
  • You can count me in as well:happy:
  • I have also struggled with bingeing but I realized that I was restricting myself too much. It's all about eating healthier not going on a strict diet that you eventually go off of. Everything in moderation. Try to eat a healthy breakfast and lunch on the weekends and then allow a moderate indulgence when you go out. When I…
  • You are an inspiration! Thank you for sharing, I hope to be at my goal weight this year!
  • I did it in lower case and still no go:sad:
  • There is a tutorial posted at the top of this board:)
  • Thanks, still don't know what I'm doing wrong, I took out the %20 and still not working?
  • I'm knitting a bag that will be felted, I'm about 1/2 way through.
  • The majority of my calories are eaten for dinner though I'm trying not to save them all for dinner because I've heard that isn't the best thing to do for weight loss. I do start out with a breakfast between 400 - 450 calories. I always have my morning cup of coffee with 2 TBS. of all natural creamer (70 calories total)…
  • I hope it's going to be in all of their stores, I love shopping there but so many things don't have any nutritional information (like the creamy goat chedder cheese I just discovered) and their fresh made chicken sausages. I will have to look next time I go.
  • Yes I eat whole foods and organic but I also allow a treat once in awhile. Not only have I lost 65 pounds in the past 14 months (I just found this site though, I started with Weight Watchers) but I also haven't been sick at all despite being surrounded by co workers that have been fighting colds and flu. I make all of my…
