i put lightly active as i work in a hospital so always pacing around also im aiming to do pilates 3 times a week. at what point do i recalculate? after ive lost a stone?

ok so did this and apparently 20% below my TDEE is like 2100 ?? that seems quite high i dont think i exceeded this b4 i started dieting??

so eating just an extra 200 calories would make it fine? as theres not alot of difference between the mfp recommended (1200) and what im doing. can i just ask what is skinny fat? thanks for all the replys everyone, gives me useful advice

im 5ft 5 and weigh about 12st 5 the last time i checked. think im just abit impatient as i tried every diet in the book and grown tired. im aiming to do pilates 3 times a week too to tone up. maybe i will up them or start taking multivitamins so i dont get deficient in anything. x
