I've never actually seen liquid sold anywhere- do you have a basis in saying powder will always be cheaper, or are you guestimating based off of availability?

Basically I think it boils down to this: We can be idealists and talk about how it's wrong all we want, and it IS wrong. Unfortunately though, it still happens, a lot. but I've seen countless situations where relationships fall apart after one partner loses weight. You have multiple situations: -One loved the other when…

wow! That is so awesome! Keep it up!

I have to add Zapoito's white pizza with tomato and spinach, my dad's beef and noodles with mashed potatoes, my husband's gumbo, and chicken and noodles.

Once I start eating watermelon, I feel like I can't stop until my stomach explodes. I also agree with all who said oreos. Also if I eat jalepeno cheddar Cheetos I will have a really hard time stopping before I eat the whole bag.

I'm 5'8'' and 206 lbs, size 16 pants, sometimes 14. Size 12 most dresses that I buy for work. (Just bought two size twelve wrap dresses and I'm killin' it!)

Your shoe size will absolutely go down! I don't quite understand but I know my feet are less wide now. I lost in shoe size, ring size, and let's be honest, bra size!! lol! I went down from a 44HH to a 38DD. The changes happen everywhere!!!

Wow! That is amazing!! I was thinking about making my ultimate goal 160 instead of 175. We're both so close!!

Thanks to all! I've been on a six month hiatus. Everything just hit the fan in my life all at the same time, and of course for the better, luckily. I finally got done traveling and when I got home I got two big promotions in a row, and for the second one I had to relocate halfway across the country. To be honest, I was so…

revisited these replies and it definitely gave me a boost when I was needing one

I feel you! Let me tell you that after losing over 100 lb I've noticed the same thing. I didn't have one sometimes for 6-7 months or more (maybe twice yearly) when I was really heavy, but I had a very high body fat percentage. When I had lost only about 30 lbs they started coming more frequently, and now at 100 lbs down…

and Hummus! Ok I'll stop. It's just kind of late right now and I'm thinking of all the things I want to eat..... lmao

Wait, I want to add, sometimes an apple or banana (I like to add natural peanut butter when calories permit), Haagen Dazs Raspberry Sorbet, (surprisingly low calorie because there is no dairy), and real fruit strawberry popsicles. I'm not going to lie, I also will do an entire cardio workout to earn the calories to eat a…

I have a bowl of cinnamon chex cereal and vanilla almond milk! It gets my sweet craving and it's not a lot of calories. (Don't do this if you're watching your sugar macros though.) Sometimes I also do greek yogurt with fruit and honey. I also love chips and salsa. Salsa is pretty low in calories.

Check out the success stories section! A great place to recruit friends who are sure to know what they're doing and how to pass on good information to get the kind of results they've already seen. It was my strategy and my friends list is swarming with people who motivate me and give me awesome new info every day!

My hubby is super handsome both ways  , but when we were just dating he stayed clean shaven. Now that we're married I like seeing him with a beard. He looks more gruff and a little older. When he's clean shaven he'll nuzzle my face, and that's the only part I don't like about the beard: he doesn't like me to rumple…

I got mine for around $10-15 at Walmart, and I got three bands that are interchangeable with the hand holds (gold's gym.) I LOVE them. You can use them for anything and with almost any workout, and my husband uses them too when he practices his martial arts. Very, very worth it, and since I travel for work, they're much…

I get treated a LOT different. At work, and even (sadly) by my family. My parents, grandparents, and siblings pretty much all treated me like I was a joke when I was really big. Then I went travelling for work, lost a hundred lbs and suddenly they treat me with respect, they call me to get my opinion and advice on things,…

You will build muscle if you're doing the 30 day shred right. I lost only 2 lbs in the 30 days but lost 3 inches off my waist and about an inch off my arms and legs. I look lifted. Worry about inches, and to be honest, as your muscle mass grows you may just look firmer but not smaller. It's still good for you because…

I was there from February-July last year. Best time of my life. I spent time in Cebu, visited Bohol, and also Manila twice. It was amazing. I love the Philippines!! All of my best friends in the world I made there. I miss the pinoy life
-
I'm not, but I've lived and worked in the Philippines and I LOVED it!!! Where are you? I was in Cebu

I'm in Mobile, Alabama right now, and I LOVE the bay, and I love the cypress trees and the Spanish Moss. The sky here is incredibly blue, and there is a lot of life here, there are trees that make the road feel like you're driving in a little fairy tunnel of greenery. It's the most beautiful city I've worked in. It has…

Things that have changed/I have learned since using MFP: I NEVER drank enough water and it was the source of a lot of headaches/fatigue. I am lactose intolerant. I never had acid reflux or IBS. I am probably Gluten intolerant also. Cutting out gluten removes the rest of my digestive problems, headaches, and facial and back…

wow I hadn't even thought about how corn doesn't include gluten. Very smart. I think 1700 and going gluten free is a good plan. I'm going to up my workouts as well. For the one who inquired about lifting- if you've never done 30 day shred you might not know, but there is an incredible amount of strength training worked in…
