Meh.....Rude people with questionable fashion sense are everywhere. I just ignore them and move along. If they are blocking what I need I will just use something else until they move. The ones that I hate are the ones that freaking marinate in Axe body spray.

This really isn't enough and once you come off a VLCD you typically gain all the weight back once you resume a normal diet. You won't be able to get proper nutrition and are probably losing muscle. Eat more and choose the healthiest options you can afford. I'm sorry but I think you're setting yourself up to fail.

I think a majority of restaurants give too much to be considered a single portion. When I go out I usually have them box half of it before they even bring it to the table.

I've done it and I've also had a photo of me at my goal weight blown up and put in my home gym with a pair of my "skinny jeans" hanging beside it.

My boss asked someone if she was pregnant once......she wasn't, she was just very overweight. She walked away in tears. My motto since that day has been "Don't ask, ever". Plenty of other things to talk about and if she wants to talk about it she will bring it up.

I once had someone that I hadn't seen in several years tell me "what happened....you used to be so pretty".
