Haveing been through quite a few unmentionable things in my past (childhood and adulthood), my answer is simply "NO!" everything we do is a choice. If you use your past as an excuse, you choose to let the past effect your future.

Im right there with you! Its a lot, but just break it into smaller increments, like 10% at a time! YOU GOT THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm totally in! I drink at least 2 20 oz diet pepsi a day! At work they are only $1.30, but that adds up quickly. I've already given up buying coffee, but sometimes I grab one from the front office (free), and I quit drinking and smoking, so this is my last vice! AND IT HAS ME GRIPPED!!!!!!!

Thanks! Lovin coming back to you from Ohio! :heart: :love:

Grilled cheese on Whole grain white bread. Instead of butter, use cooking spray. And have a sliced apple! Yumm! Thats what i'm having tomorrow!

the only thing about doing a cheesless pizza here (nortwestern Ohio), is that most of the pizza places base done-ness on the cheese. Many times, we've ordered cheeseless veggie pizza and gotten raw/semi-done crust. On the other hand, we only have to pay for about every-other pizza! LOL

At 243 lbs, I am an apple all day! More like a cylinder! My measurements: Chest 50.5, Waist 49.5, and hips 50.5. Literally a 1" difference! It sucks! When i was losing weight i got my chest down to 44, waist 48, and hips 49. Its terrible! But, it's all good! I can't fight heredity, but i can make the most of it. I'm trying…

I work 8:30-4:30. I have a fridge and microwave, but am always looking for other ideas! I get sick of sandwiched and frozen meals. I don't have leftovers to bring because I usually make just enough (or my hubby eats it in the middle of the night).

Welcome! I have a question though: Are you in my head?????????????? :noway: All of what you said is what I say everyday!! Good luck to you! My highest weight was 268. I've bounced around from 230 to 242 for the past couple of months, but its a process! (It didn't take a couple weeks to put it on, and it's gonna take as…

Are we talking about the blender or the "toy"? If its the blender, it takes waaay longer than a second or too. Its good for smoothies and single serve shakes, but that's about it! I think my motor is dieing on mine, i've had it for about 5 years. If its the "toy", I plead the fifth! :}

great job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Could be because you dont have all the water making it look as solid. You will sag for a little bit, but eventually it'll tighten up! Don't let that discourage you. I'd like to know what others think too. I have the same problem, that's what i think about mine though! :smile:

Yep!

Wow!!!

Me too!

Dr. Oz said you gain 1" for every 30 lbs lost! Good for you...good for whoever you are with!
-
I would refuse to be weighed because i knew it was so bad and i was in denial!

I was always a fat kid (not chubby, chunky of fluffy, but FAT), but slimmed down during college because i had to walk everywhere. But when i got pregnant with my first son, i was at my HW of 268. I lost 40 lbs during that pregnancy due to insulin dependent GDM. After i had him, i ballooned back up to about 250. Lost that…

they don't take into account body build or muscle, just height and weight. Go with what you feel is best for you. I strive to be 10-15 lbs above my "normal"
