  • Me too. I record my weight and measurements every Friday, and that helps me keep perspective on the ups and downs during the week. As long as the numbers that I record on Friday are going in the right direction, I don't worry about the daily numbers.
  • My end of summer goal is to be 15 lbs lighter than I was at the end of June. I also want to be in the habit of going to the gym, and to have established better eating habits so when school starts up I'll be able to keep going with my workouts and weight loss plan.
  • I hate exercising too, but I've tried to lose weight just by changing my eating habits and it wasn't enough.
