and Thank you @GrandmaJackie for the words of encouragement! Today is day 12 and it's not gotten easy yet. We go out to eat lunch alot, if you want no caffeine and no sugar, all there is is water! And it's really hard when my husband and daughter drink soda.... so I'm looking forward to the day when it's habit!

Wow, great job @jdelaroy! That's a long run and a great beat! Must be so hard to resist all that junk food when it's in the house, and I'm sure he won't let you get rid of any of it. That would be a very difficult place for me to be, and many others! Maybe chew lots of gum or brush your teeth alot????

I gave up diet coke... and today was day 5!!

So one of the challenges was to give up a bad habit and I was going to do my most beloved soda but changed to chocolate. Well, I'm doing it now. Yesterday was my first day wth no diet soda aka caffeine, and I'm still up and walking! And no headache!

Challenge 3... I gave up my most loved chocolate for 5 very long days. Decided it had to replaced with something, so I decided on carrots. After 5 days of lots of carrots, I don't think I actually really feel better, but I know I definitely feel better for making the better choice. @MissionEnforcer
