You definitely need to eat more... I had (am having right now actually) 1 whole egg. 3 egg whites and 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. If I don't get my good dosage of protein at every meal, I'll be hungry soon after eating.

I burn around 350 to 400 calories, or so says my HRM. The benefits are much higher than just the calories burned. You're doing great. Just keep up the clean eating, stick to your calorie budgets and you'll reap the benefits :)

I got the Mirena IUD at the beginning of June as well (the 5th) and I have not had any problems at all with weight or anything else. I was previously on ortho birth control pills and then Nuva Ring. Those two have both estrogen and progesterone hormones while Mirena only has progesterone, so I believe this is why my body…

Maybe go to a friend's house and do the workout together? If that's not an option then you might have to opt for doing some other form of cardio during this week. Try doing some HIIT at the gym or going for a run. I believe you can also print out the fit test exercises and do those. Good luck!

I did a program before this from my trainer called "Extreme Fat Destruction". I plan on following his nutrition plan closely but not to a T. It basically consists of clean eating. Well, I'm 5'1'', 21 years old and 145lbs wanting to be at 120lbs. Anywho, MFP set my calorie limit. It says my BMR is 1360, the lowest of all the calculators I checked out. I do cardio and strength train as well. When I choose the right foods, I'm actually never hungry as I eat 5-6 times a day...
