I want to by one of those expensive sports watches that monitor distance, heart rate, calories, laps, etc.! This will motivate me to stay active even after I've reached my goal, and I REALLY REALLY want one :)

I want to lose 10 pounds by summer! When I get there that will be my UGW (even though I might try to lose more, depending on how my body looks) and I have recently decided I want a sports watch. Maybe a TImex or Underarmor or Nike... i'll look into it when I get closer.

Every now and then I find myself in that predicament. Maybe you should set a mini goal- not to weigh in for a week. Or if you're like me, you probably couldn't last 7 whole days, so maybe don't weigh in for 5 days. Once you hit that goal, choose something to reward yourself with (not food), and do it again! Right now I'm trying to consume around 1200 calories a day. Breakfast 250-300. Lunch 300-400 Dinner- 300-350 Snacks: 200.
