  • I will eat some fresh veggies, I listed them as raw though, carrots, celery, salad, tomatoes... Growing up I was only exposed to iceberg lettuce, celery, potatoes, tomatoes, carrots, corn and green beans. So I've added just a few over the years but my husband wasn't raised on much more, he likes asparagus which I've tried…
  • Good for you, 25lbs is great. I would never want to know all the weight I've lost over the years. Just last year I lost about 60lbs (chemo does have another upside besides killing cancer!) but without a scale to watch my weight everyday, I gained over 40 lbs back. • Yes, I've had the vanilla cone from MCD. I also eat just a cake cone with the 1/2 cup of mint chip (that is where I get the chocolate fix from) or vanilla from rite aide. I haven't tried the plain yogurt but I've had chocolate flavored yogurt, which was good but not close to my house.

  • Tks to the people who r saying to check out TJ, that they are not expensive. We will have to check it out. It will be nice to get some new food options.
  • Wow, u eat way healthier than I think I ever could. I've heard a lot of good things about Trader Joes but I've never shopped there. We just can't afford to shop there. One day if we can afford it I would like to try it out. I have heard that the pizza dough is really good. I'm very proud (and a bit jealous:) ) of ur good…
  • Waiting is always hard. Waiting to see weight loss results is even harder. They say it takes the same amount of time to take it off as to putting on the weight. Personally I think it takes longer to take it off. I have yo-yo dieted for most of my life and I finally really feel like this is it, I'm really ready to make…
  • I've been having problems with all the different calories shown for the Costco food court cheese pizza. It looks like most choices are for the single sold slice, which has a whole pizza cut into 6 slices. We buy a whole pizza and it's cut into 8 slices. So I just selcted the whole pizza and entered that I ate .13 of the…
