Hey - I went to the store and bought some real weights! Those five pounders were too freaking heavy! I got two pound weights. How is everyone else doing this week???

I did Day 6-Level 1 today. The first day I thought I was going to die. The only weights I have are five pound ones. That lasted about half a set. :laugh: I raided my pantry and found some canned goods to use instead. I wanted to punch Jillian those first two days - but I figured I hadn't built up enough muscle for that…

I just finished my third Warrior Dash; you will have a blast! I am not sure what the courses are like in other states but here in Ohio they ALWAYS pick places with BRUTAL-KICK-YOUR-*kitten* hills. So I have also been struggling with my MFP calorie settings - it says I should intake 1310 a day. I go over OFTEN because that just isn't enough. I just calculated my intake using the Harris-Benedict formula as well and it has me set at 2338. Interesting. I doubt I eat that much :laugh: but I will be adjusting my settings.…
