Maybe she used that lipcote stuff? that and urban decay make-up setting spray are truly impressive, use them and your make-up ain't moving .

Didn't realise there were all these unwritten rules. Should we quiz people before they're allowed to join, just to make sure their gym-joining motives are noble enough? Also saying you don't judge people while you're blatantly judging people is an impressive example of double-think, well done.

I love a caramel macchiato or a peppermint mocha. I only have one a week though, on a Saturday. I put the eur4.50 I would have spent on delicious coffee aside everyday into a new-clothes-fund :)

I've been in the same boat! I've decided to focus on not falling off the wagon before xmas as a mini-goal, so I'll be tracking and staying on point until then, and then I'll reevalute and maybe up my exercise or adjust my cals. Add me, we can help each otherstay on track!

I just saw this after I posted my reply. You'll get a taste for them! It took me a month or so, to be honest, but now I love them! Especially super fresh ones from farmer's markets. Fruit can be quite high in sugar, so if you can get maybe 3 or 4 of your 5-a-day from vegetables it's probably better, at least from a…

Honestly, after a week, I wouldn't worry too much! maybe you might be better to weight every two weeks or every month and measure every month as well (I know if I weigh every week I can fluctuate by 2 or 3 lbs and I get very discouraged at even a .5lb gain, so I only weigh once a month, at the same point in my cycle.) Your…

Have you tried writing down how you're feeling at the time of your binge and the events leading up to it? I f you can spot patterns you can maybe stop potential triggers before they happens. If it's a habit (that's not quite the word I'm looking for, I mean, if it's triggered at a specific time) maybe try being out of the…

As long as you're measuring the same place every time, I'm not sure it's super important. I measure around my ribs just under my breasts and around my breasts at the widest point as well.

What about one of those sun lamps that people with SAD use? It imitates natural sunlight which wakes you up!

Congrats on your loss. And you should feel free to express yourself if some days you're feeling a little low. This attitude of 'Shut up unless we think you're fat enough to be able to express how you feel about your body' helps no-one.

The attitude around 'attention-seekers' kind of worry me a bit. People are entitled to enjoy attention, if you don't want to give it to them, don't engage. There also seems to be rush to label what could potentially be cries for help or an attempt to reach out for support as attention seeking. And usually the people…

LOL, this. I love whiskey and I'll buy the good stuff, but I don't *always* drink it straight and I wouldn't expect anyone else to! It can be a regional thing as well, here everyone drinks their tea hot with milk, cold and sweetened tea is not appealing to me, but I'm not standing here claiming hot and milky is The One…

I think caffeine is an appetite suppressent, you could look into that? And this is only anecdotal, but if I'm peckish and have no time to eat, a hot drink like tea w/milk or a latte does ide me over till my next break, so maybe it;s the same for you? And what's wrong with only eating when you're hungry? I mean, unless…

Haha, guys are just making sexist jokes! DON't YOU HAVE A SENSE OF HUMOUR!?
-
But boobs are just there for guys' pleasure, right?? Ugh. Anyway, I can sympathise, and I'm only a D-cup; they seriously get in the way of a lot of things. A breast reduction may be the only answer :(

I don't think you quite understand what a chemical is. They add water to coffee, which is a chemical; doesn't make water detrimental if taken in coffee.

I'd get professionally measured if I were you, and take a few hours to go shopping and try on a lot of different styles and brands to find what works for you. As for sports bras, I've heard good things about Panache, and if you're in the UK/Ireland, Marks and Spencers do good ones. I'd try to find ones that have cup sizes,…

I do this too, I tend to think of unhealthy food as a 'reward' or a comfort and it's a pattern of thinking that I'm working hard to break. Although sometimes it's just a craving or a momentary desire and for these times i have a folder on my phone with pics of me in my undies under the harshest light i could find…

YES, THANK YOU! Also, the internet is not America.

How does sex with multiple partners lead to death? As long as you're using a barrier method of contraception . . . Also, eating disorders are not 'lifestyles'. They are a mental illness.

I love stories like these, I find them really inspiring! Thank you! <3

sometimes if I binge, I buy stuff in several different shops so the cashiers won't judge me! as if being judged by a cashier is worse than eating a large chocolate bar and enough bags of crisps and full-sugar fizzy drinks to feed a family for a day :(

Yes, and? What context could possibly justify making personal remarks about a stranger? Or making invasive and un-asked for comments? Calling someone out on bad behaviour is not the same at as as what these people did, and it's silly to pretend otherwise. It's like if someone said "All Irish people are rude!", That's…
-
I'd do all that and then c/p what they said on their wall and in reply to their comments/statuses, so all their friends cans see what they said. It's absolutely a power thing, and when you refuse to be embarrassed or ashamed, you can shame for their gross harassment.

Really?

lol very true. On another note, can people please stop saying "I'm not putting chemicals in my body!!!!1!!eleventy" when what they seem to mean is artificial flavourings/colourings? Water is a chemical, I assume you're not all avoiding that like the plague?
-
I do not understand this attitude. If someone says/does something offensive, they and not me are the reason that I feel offended. It's victim-blaming to shift all responsibility on to the victim. Why is the onus not on people to not act in a rude/hurtful manner? We do not exist in a vacuum and our actions and words can and…

I absolutely agree. And saying the OP is 'as bad' for calling 12 year olds *kitten*? Sorry, but as awful as sweeping generalisations are, 12 years olds are not an oppressed group and calling them *kitten* is nowhere near as bad as deliberately targeting and attacking an individual who has done NOTHING except have the…
