I did C25k and now have been running for a few months (and I cycle and spin class). I just started swimming about a month ago and it wears me out! The first time I swam laps it felt like I hadn't been doing any type of cardio. I don't know the answer but my opinion is to alternate both.

I used coconut oil after getting too much sun in St. John. Mine was better the next day but my husband who didn't use it was not. It wasn't a severe blister sunburn but the worst I'd had in years.

The good news is you don't have so much to lose. You can think about how much body fat % to lose. Either way maybe set smaller goals and enjoy the process. You'll feel so much better eating healthier and exercising and those benefits will show at whatever size you are.

I'll try to update in a couple of days when i get my muscle mass and body fat percentage done at the gym. The last I weighted I was 126lbs (127 was my first goal) and I think 23 or 24% body fat. My belly still probably has 4 or 5 lbs of fat alone. I'm medium frame and apple shape.

Congrats! Did level3 day 4 today. We're out of town with family, forced my dad and husband to try to do it with me and they quit half way thru; they folllowed Anita the other half!

I just noticed this. LNS is a big problem for me and so is snacking while preparing dinner. What helps me at night is brushing and flossing but also seeing the success stories here. I've been on vacation this week so my stats are: Me - 0 LNS - 4

I just started L3 a couple of days ago. I like L2 and 3 much better than 1 even though they may be harder. You look great now, your waist is already awesome. When you get to your goal, you'll have the body that most dream of having; that artists have drawn for centuries! :)
