beans of any kind = only ones I will eat are baked in a really really really sweet sauce -- and then I try and swallow them whole. Peas are about the same, although they are tolerable if frozen,well, heated up of course, you know what I mean... just worked out and have the after workout high right now... wheeee

Sept 13 - 5.8 miles including a 4K for cancer research and 65 squats Sept 14 - 2.6 miles - 60 squats Sept 15 - 2.6 miles - 65 squats Sept 16 - 2.6 miles - rest day on squats Sept 17 - 2.9 miles - 70 squats - 40 using hand weights for arm presses - There caught up... We got this!

Day 12 - 7050 steps, 55 squats Day 13 = rest day = no walking, no squats... 45 mins. yoga - needed the stretch!!!!

Sept 6th -- 6120 steps. Today was my "rest" day - lol -- 1.5 miles on the treadmill and 40 squats.

Sam's Club - Power Greens - Kale, Spinach, Chard and Carrots.. LOL - love it in my salad and in my smoothie. So happy I had my gall bladder out at the beginning of the year... can eat all the veggies/fruits I need/want! Before, every time I started to eat healthier I would get sick. Now, no excuse! LOL and I love it all.…

Good luck on this one. If it was July or August I would join, but living in the northeast we'll be closing up the pool shortly - very sad. Swimming is such a great way to not stress joints and great way to burn wicked calories! For July/August I averaged 45 mins at least 3 or 4 times a week, swimming 1/2 mile at a time.…
