I was with my ex for 8 years. He was mentally abusive and made me feel like total garbage. I finally cut it off and literally that night blocked him and his family from contacting me. I'm going to DIsney World in February.. The last two times I went to Disney I didn't gain anything luckily. I think it was because I walked so much when I was there! We made sure we had a big breakfast and had our meals and a few little snacks, so I feel like my family didnt eat a massive amount, but we grazed!

Don't pay too much attention to the scale. Your weight will fluctuate. Plus be sure you are netting enough calories. I had this happen and I was literally killing myself at the gym and had no loss because I wasnt eating enough!

I do like an hour of cardio 6 Xs a week and weights every other day!

Everything. I love all food. I even love all healthy food. My issue was overeating

Eat it however you like, my advice is dont put the tip of the knife in to pull the pit out. I basically cut my finger off because of the decieving pit thinking it wasnt hollow.... Man what I go through for my favorite food!
