I haven't tried the Live thing that you were talking about. I loved doing the Cardio Party DVD but after doing it alot I started to feel like it wasn't as hard either. That's when I decided to do the whole work-out using hand weights. Just one way to add in some resistance and make it more challenging. ;-)

I do the same thing at Goodwill. Every trip so far has been a success. Plus, it's just so fun to go hunting through the clothes. I think it looks yummy! And the good thing for me, is that it looks so rich that I'd be able to stay under the serving size. That looks like the kind of thing where a couple of bites would satisfy the sweet and I'd be done with it ;-)
