I've been using GNC Lean 25 Shake for a little over a week. I didn't use it this past weekend,and boy can I tell. I've been using it once a day, usually to replace lunch. The way I mix it is 2 scoops with 8 ounces of cold water and a cup of frozen fruit, ie blueberries, strawberries, etc

My husband has high cholesteral. Has had it for many years, and is on medication. What we noticed, is when he started eating an omelt for breakfast (5 days out of 7), his cholesteral actually went down. Plus, it helped that we made other little changes as well.

The only fast food hamburger that I've eaten, and it hasn't made me sick (vomitting kind of sick) is Wendy's.

I use Sweet N Low or Splendia. With that said, I'm trying to ween myself off of it. I've tried raw honey in it, and haven't gotten quite use to it yet.
