My husband has a couple of medications that has to be taken with food. I had to explain to him, that doesn't mean eat a full blown meal. Maybe a couple of saltine crackers. When the doctor found out he was eating a HUGE snack, he told him eat nothing more than a dry piece of toast. To me, it's worth the extra few calories,…

I've a couple of friends that have been maintaining their weight for several years. The one thing they have in common, they still "log" everything. They both keep a notebook of sorts with them, and write everything down. Seems to help

6 pounds in 18 days is real good. Just make sure you're eating close to, if not all of your "calories". Over time, your weight loss will slow down. You're doing great.

I to, have 100 pounds to loose. Actualy, if I go by what the doctor says, I've got about 120 to lose. I've set a goal to be down to 200 pounds by the end of the year (only 67 pounds to lose). That's my long term goal. Short term goal is to lose 12 pounds in the next 13 weeks (by July 4).
