Usually around 3 or 4 pounds, but I've gained as much as 8. I tend to gain more in the summer for some reason. I also get worse cramps then.

Saturday I ran/walked 5km in 39 minutes and tonight I got it down to 38. I'm working my way up to running the entire 5km.

I wanted Juliet to win. I've been a fan of hers for years and used to chat with her quite frequently on Myspace. She's a really nice girl and has been working so long and hard at getting her career going. I used to drink about a litre and a half to two litres of Pepsi every day and I stopped drinking it completely. Plus I've been doing 45 minutes of Zumba about three times a week.

Who showers before going to the gym? That's like doing your hair and makeup before you shower, it's completely pointless.

I use the Zumba Fitness game for Wii at least twice a week for 45 minutes and I've lost 7 pounds in less than a month. I also walk a lot, but I've always done a lot of walking so I'd say the weight loss had a lot to do with Zumba.

I like to substitute ground beef with refried beans and top them with diced tomato, lettuce and green onion and a tiny bit of sour cream and salsa.

I had six or seven shots and four drinks on Saturday night and also had a slice of pizza and some ice cream. No pop though! That's my vice lol. I also danced my butt off though, so I think it evens out.
