Sounds boring, I've tried so many ridiculous fad diets, none have worked for me. Clean eating and exercising 4 times a week is helping me shed the weight and will keep it off. But that's just me! :)

I don't eat carbs after lunch most days of the week, and I cook 95% of everything I eat from scratch and I find it really works for me! It not for everyone though. :)

Preheat the oven to 200c Cut them in wedges shape, and then drizzle them in olive oil and paprika and herbs :)

Would have to be the meatball mariana with cheese on Italian, toasted with lettuce and cucumber or Chicken teriyaki on Itailian no cheese, toasted with lettuce tomato and cucumber with sweet onion sauce and mayo. My two favs... yum!!

It depends what your purpose is, if it's to get fitter, find someone whose like minded to encourage you and you can encourage them!
