Under apps and devices it says I'm connected to the fitbit scale but I don't even have one!

I'm having the same problem. I tried to disconnect/reconnect my fitbit but it won't let me do that.

I weigh every morning after I've been to the toilet and before I eat anything but I don't get caught up in gains/losses during the week - it's just to keep me on track. I only log my weight once a week.

Thanks everyone for all the advice. I like the idea of making fitness goals rather than aiming for a certain weight. Now to think up some rewards :)

1) Fizzy drinks. Why drink your calories away? 2) Pizza. I love eating it but I always spend the rest of the night feeling bloated and ill plus it's packed full of calories. :(
