I don't see many veggies on your daily list. I would suggest that you add those. Your body is probably starving for nutrients. And maybe you could switch from Mountain Dew to just plain soda water and add a little lemon/lime and stevia for sweetener. Best of luck to you!! :happy:

I have messed up today in my eating and I just have to tell myself that I am getting back up on that horse tomorrow! You have to do the same! When you do, you will feel so much better about yourself.
