Oh man, awesome! Mine's not *that* bad - when on the treadmill, I have a tendency to get my arms caught in my earphone cord and send my iPod flying a few feet a way from me.

I've been known to go four times in an hour. Even if I eat foods with lots of liquid, like bell peppers or grapes. So annoying!

I'm trying to get enough protein today. Had a turkey breast wrap for lunch, added two eggs to a veggie-heavy dinner, and plan on having 1.5 oz of almonds soon.
