This was good, and one patty was very filling. I froze four of the patties, so I just need to make the gravy next time. May have added a bit too much vinegar/Worcestershire sauce to the gravy.

That used to happen to me and I would just end up throwing it away. But then I started freezing it and that's been working great. You can chop it up first if you want, and then just put it in a freezer bag and throw it in the freezer, and it'll be there the next time you want it.
