^^^Yep, I do the sugar free syrups too- last longer, don't need much, I put 1% milk with it as well, and use good coffee. You dno't need a lot - I think mine is about 45 calories total (2 cups).

That is exactly what I did - and still do - also, cut down on ALL your processed foods -- like the lean cuisine and smart one meals, anything "easy" and prepackaged -- once you do that, you won' t be able to eat the fast food, it will taste too salty -- worked for me. I am in! I had a terrible October - didnt' gain any, but only lost half a pound... October is when "busy life" for me kicks in full boar,, I need to regroup and replan my "winter" strategy and get back on track BEFORE the holiday festivities begin.
