  • This is all great advise everyone! THANKS! My kids are 14, 11, 9, 6 and 4. My oldest is big into…

  • Lemon for my tea -- doesn't sweeten it, but takes away a bit of the bitterness. I also will mix a bag of natural raspberry tea and a bag of green tea - adds a bit of flavor - -and try Mint tea - very refreshing! Coffeemate of other brand sugar free creamers -- 1 tbls won't hurt anything.
  • I get the same thing off and on. I used to get it only when pregnant, but in the last few years I get it if I start exercising regularily in the evenings, then if I skip a night -- or if I am overtired, it acts up too. I have gotten up at midnight and done 30 minutes on the ellyptical just to get my legs to settle down. I…

  • I would imagine you just got bored! Switch it up! You did Cardio before, lift, cardio after -- you must have spent a LOT of time there? And it is summer -- our minds are a bit distracted anyway! lifting 3x a week is fine, as long as you aren't longing to be a professional bodybuilder! Take those other days and mix it up a…

I also saw a REALLY good lookin' recipe for Black bean Burgers on skinnytaste.com - have not made them yet however. The only thing I don't…
  • Warm thoughts are coming your way. I just finished reading your profile and looking at your weight loss so far, and the only words that come to mind are "wow". You are obviously an amazing person who carries quite a load on your shoulders. I'm guessing you have found (positive) ways to deal with your stress and hardship or…

When I am feeling like I'd love to splurge, I read the success stories.... then there was last night,, it was 7:00 and instead of sitting on here like it was…
  • I actually code my meals like that and try to eat that way most days. I do find that if I eat a larger breakfast and lunch (and lots of protein at those meals), that I am not as apt to overeat at supper - which has always been my downfall. I don't follow it religously -- as you can see if you look at my diary... but the…
