Thanks everyone .. Will increase my protien intake and yes I am on low calories... Maybe I should start eating more of healthy calories instead of cutting those down to have such nasty side effects ..

Well I would say .. Not healthy .. You not only deprieve yourself of nutritions .. but also make yourself weak and dizzy .. I tried to do it .. But left it half day through .. I was feeling dizzy even while getting up a chair .. My suggestion.. Go on a fruit diet or liquid diet... :))

I am doing 30 day shred.. It includes cardio + strength training + abs in 20 min workout .. Perfect combination .. I am on day 3 of Level 1 .. I will try to exxtend it to 30 mins by adding some more cardio in it ... I am with you girl ... :))

I too get hungry by the time I reach work.. I have a glass full of milk and eggs (in various ways) or fruits to keep me going till lunch. I usually eat twice in morning.. One at 7 and the next at 10 .. Hope this helps .. ^-^ :smile:

Well I am not an expert, but would like to share some tips which I have read and heard. Being an apple shaped girl myself.. I have wider lower area.. but a smaller waist. Of what I have read, to shed those stubborn fat on hips and waistline , the only solution is " PROPER DIET + PROPER EXERCISE" 1.Cutting out sugar…
