Don't give up! You can do it! It took me a year to get back on track after my daughter was born for the same reasons. I either exercise when she's napping or after the kids are in bed. I agree! I'm aiming for 3 liters a day and I've noticed that my skin has improved, I retain less water and snack less.

Yes, it totally works! I've been using Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 and Dance Central since I decided to change my lifestyle. I've added a kettlebell into the mix but using the kinect has totally worked for me. Please feel free to add me!! :)

When I started I actually gained during the first week but I started losing after that. Stick with it and make sure to measure yourself since the scale won't always be a good reflection of the changes your body is going through. Good luck!!
