  • Your heart rate should show up as long as you are wearing the belt (even if you're not exercising). If its not showing up maybe you should open the battery compartment in the belt to make sure the battery is in properly. Maybe it was put in backwards or something :S

  • I don't think you have to worry quite so much with a 60lb loss unless you have really unfortunate genetics. Just make sure you exercise, pace yourself and drink lots of water.
  • You can DEFINITELY do it! Its very short, but but efficient. Also, in each level there are easier versions of certain moves that you can follow depending on where you are. :)
  • I plan out what I'm going to eat for the day either in the morning or afternoon when I have time, and I always make sure I save plenty of my calories for the evening. If I didn't do this I would probably end up going way over all the time because I have less self control later at night. It works for me :)
