Yes! However, my major problem is that I read before bed. If it is a really good novel I stay up half the night or all night sometimes.

My basic reply is: anything that is misspoken or used as text talk other than 'lol'. People no longer know how to enunciate or spell. I will never understand the reason for not being able to fully spell a word. It takes an additional two seconds. 'Mommy speak' as well seems to rub me the wrong way.

I commented you for packing lunch. Most school lunches are little more than simple carbs. Only one and I plan to keep it that way. I have opinions on having more and on just keeping my one as an only child. Yes yes yes! Than again...I love Austen! I love most classic novels. Everything from Shakespeare to Austen. I read so many c,assics growing up and in high school that I have taken a break from them by reading YA novels for a few years. I always go back to Austen, Eliot, Bronte (sisters), Chaucer, Shakespeare, and ****ens.

True, but it depends on how much fat a person has. I'm at 18% bf...if I don't eat my cals back I could put my body into starvation mode. I have three. All are rescues and they all get walked daily, lol. They are a JRT, a dachshund, and a JRT/chihuahua mix.taking them to the dog park is a blast especially if they refuse to go get the ball...which means that I have to go get it, lol. It sure helps with sprints.

Check out the sticky posts (the ones with the red thumb tacks). They will tell you everything you need to know. The short of it is, yes, eat most of them back. You wouldn't drive a car on empty...neither should you allow your body to run low on fuel.
